RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy (this “Policy”) supplements the Terms of Services of Omnicharge (the “Terms”) for your purchases of our Products. Capitalized terms not herein defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

Return

We appreciate your purchase and hope you are happy with our Products. If you purchase our Products directly from the Website, you may return any Products to us for full refund subject to the terms of this Policy. If you purchase the Product from our distributors, the refund and return of the Products purchased will be subject to the applicable terms provided thereof.

We do not offer refund for any purchases that exceed an aggregate value of $500 or any products purchased for commercial uses as determined in our sole discretion. If our website provides that a product is non-refundable, we will not offer refund for such products. Products that are not refundable may be covered by our Warranty Policy.

Discounted Products

Product must return in its original packaging and condition and never been used. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Any Product that has been used will not be eligible for any return or refund. All return Products must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. Product returned with missing or damaged accessories are not eligible for any return or refund, unless we determine in our sole discretion to accept such return with missing or damaged accessories.

To return your purchased Products, please contact our support team at support@omnicharge.co. Our support team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of returning the Products. Omnicharge will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we agree to accept any return with missing or damaged accessories, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we may deduct the value of the missing or damaged accessories from the credit issued back to you.

For approved returns your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) days. If you haven’t received the refund after thirty (30) days, please contact us support@omnicharge.co.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in returned shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.

Defective Product

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Omnicharge offers limited warranties for defective Products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact our support team at support@omnicharge.co. If your Product is defective, your Product is covered under Omnicharge’s limited warranty set forth below.
