Mechanical Design
Omnicharge are built with UL94-V0 flame-retardant plastics and select aluminum alloy, validated through drop, vibration, environmental, and chemical testing to ensure structural integrity, thermal stability, and long-term durability across demanding operating conditions.
Power Control Architecture
Premium electronic components and tightly controlled manufacturing processes ensure stable power regulation. Each system is validated through high-temperature operation, maximum load cycling, and multi-environment testing to deliver consistent output and long-term electrical reliability.
Battery Management Systems
Tier-1 lithium-ion cells combined with an advanced BMS deliver intelligent charging, multi-layer safety protection, and predictive thermal control, extending battery lifespan while maintaining safe, stable, and reliable performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Designing for reuse, recovery, and responsible recycling, through modular hardware, certified battery reclamation, recyclable materials, and low-impact packaging.
Maximize Recyclability of Component Modules
Omnicharge designs products for modularity, making disassembly, part replacement, and component-level recycling straightforward. We partner with certified battery recyclers to screen, recondition, and redeploy retired lithium-ion cells for secondary energy storage. Approximately 90% of battery materials, including lithium, cobalt, and nickel, are recovered through regulated hydrometallurgical processes and returned to the material cycle.
Fully Utilizing Eco-Friendly Materials
Omnicharge prioritizes clearly marked, recyclable materials, using recognized plastics and aluminum to support circularity and reduce landfill waste. Going forward, we will incorporate post-consumer recycled (PCR) content in housings and internal components to further cut reliance on virgin materials.
Reducing E-Waste and Packaging
Omnicharge reduces e-waste by phasing out bundled chargers and encouraging accessory reuse. Packaging now uses <20% plastic, with most made from recyclable corrugated cardboard, and digital manuals have cut paper use by 70%. Beginning in 2026, we’ll adopt FSC-certified paper, soy-based inks, and biodegradable options, targeting 100% sustainable packaging by 2030.
Developing Green Design PCBA
Omnicharge develops “green” PCBAs by using lead-free solder, non-toxic cleaners, and eco-conscious adhesives, while redesigning board layouts for greater modularity to ease disassembly and recovery of components (ICs, MOSFETs, connectors). We prioritize recoverable, RoHS-compliant parts and clearly label each PCBA for traceable reverse logistics and faster, lower-waste recycling.
Using Renewable Energy Source
Beginning in 2026, we will deploy rooftop solar systems at our primary manufacturing sites, replacing 15–20% of daytime energy usage with clean power. We continue to explore and invest in energy storage systems that align with our product and corporate sustainability goals.
Reducing Emissions
From Our Operations
We have implemented green manufacturing practices, including lead-free soldering and eco-friendly materials, reducing chemical impact and lowering energy consumption by 15%. Smart energy monitoring systems will be introduced to further improve efficiency and reduce per-unit energy use by 20% by 2027.

Certified Suppliers
Our procurement strategy increasingly prioritizes suppliers with verified environmental certifications, including ISO 9001, RoHS, and REACH. As we expand our supplier ecosystem, green compliance and emissions performance will become core selection criteria.
Establish Carbon
Accountability
Omnicharge is developing a carbon tracing system that tracks emissions across the full product lifecycle, from sourcing to delivery. By 2027, we will implement product-level carbon footprint labeling, offering transparent data to our customers. Our lifecycle carbon accounting model will identify actionable opportunities for emissions reduction throughout our operations and supply chain.
